MCP73871-2AA (vojinilic)

Hi All, I'm using MCP73871-2AA and I've connected ~TE pin to GND. This meand that safety timer is enabled. When I fully charge LiPoly battery my STAT1 output is turned on. In Microchip's PDF is written that safety timer for this IC is disable
