I 've made a small dc-dc converter with MCP1640.It worked ok, till it stopped outputting the expected voltage (3V).Suddenly it gave 1V.I changed the IC.Now it gave 3V.I connected it to the load (a small D-class Amp, which draws only 5 mA @3V). It got burn..
